If you want to fuck the fortune teller, she is really easy to find! Start by going outside the hotel lobby to where the hill goes down.
Stay on the main road until you reach the town square.
The first building on the right side is the Fortune Teller's shop. Go inside.
Start a conversation with her and pick any of the options she gives when telling your fortune. At the end of the conversation, you will get the opportunity to initiate some fun.
Select yes and the fun will begin.
